    Just thoughts Two.

It’s raining pretty hard here at the moment. First thought into my head? How many bottles of homeopathic remedy are being wasted by letting it just soak into the ground.

Then, when I was typing ‘homeopathic’ I wondered how good it would be for that word and all associated with it to be banned from dictionaries so they couldn’t be added and they would always showed up as mistakes when typing.

There is so much water in everything we drink and eat that considering it’s “ability to remember” you’d think we would be in perfect health all the time.

What about people with bad skin?  How come that isn’t being fixed when they bathe, shower or swim?

If we used ‘homeopathic water’ for vaccinations instead of ‘vaccines’, would Meryl Dorey and Jenny McCarthy still be against vaccination?

Coca Cola Amatil are Australia’s largest bottled water supplier.  Does this make them ‘Big Pharma’?

Is the State Library of Western Australia now going to stock books on Anti Vaccination, Holocaust Denial, Creationism and The Flying Spaghetti Monster in the Non-Fiction Section?

If as is often done by these people, one rarely seen symptom is used to determine the cause and is said to be so in all cases, does that mean that because crap is spewed by them all the time that…

Ooooh, I’d love to finish that, but I’ll leave that to you.  Any ideas?

IGNORE THE IDIOTS AND VACCINATE YOUR CHILDREN

    Anti Vaccination Nutjobs

I apologise up front if this article is a disconnected rant, but I’m pissed off and I just have to say something.  I’m fed up with *&^%tards putting my granchildren’s lives at risk and I’m not going to keep quiet about it.  They should be locked up the next time a non vaccinated child dies in this country.

Really people, I can’t for the life of me understand how so many people can be convinced that having vaccinations is bad for their children.  We had disease out of control around the world early last century with Whooping Cough, Measles, Mumps etc killing millions of children every year around the world.  The vaccines were invented and now we have mostly eradicated the diseases in the more advanced countries and are slowly winning in the less advanced.

Just because YOU don’t see anyone with those diseases does NOT mean that they aren’t around.  Let’s take one scenario that happened just recently.  A child that had not been vaccinated was taken abroad and had come into contact with the Mumps.  Once back in the country he had contact with over 800 people of which around a third were children.  Some of those children also were not vaccinated and contracted the disease as well.  Luckily nobody died, but that is more good luck than good management.  The thing is that it need never have happened if those children were vaccinated when they should have been.

The part that is really worrying health authorities is that there are morons out there promoting non vaccination of children and it’s catching on because YOU are believing them.  The more that don’t vaccinate, the more chance of an outbreak and deaths of innocent children.  These kids should not be being put in the firing line just so some idiots can flex their ‘freedom of speech’ muscles and show how great they are.  It’s nothing but a freaking power trip and it’s getting out of hand.  It’s not just their own children they are putting at risk, but the children of other parents who have sided with them and not had their kids vaccinated.  To make matter worse it will be even worse for those parents with children too young to have had the vaccines or have not finished the course.  Those parents are doing the right thing and yet they may still lose their children because of these unthinking, uncaring, power hungry bastards.

Only just last night, 1st June 2010, in Perth WA a seminar was held promoting non-vaccination of children.  The complete lunacy these people spew forth is mind boggling.  Their ‘sky is falling’ mentality is going to cost lives and they should be held accountable for them.  I’m so fed up with the ‘freedom of speech’ crap that is allowing them to get away with it every damn day.  There has to be a way of stopping this and as nobody wants to curtail freedom of speech, I would recommend that the vaccines be made compulsory and then they can say what they bloody like.

Would you really believe someone who told you the HIV/AIDS virus has never been seen?

Would you believe someone telling you the mercury in the vaccines will kill you?  It isn’t in all of them and you’d get more from a small can of tuna anyway.

Would you believe them if they told you the government was making the diseases themselves just to force the vaccines on you?

Would you believe someone who told you the medical professionals themselves don’t even vaccinate their children?

They are lying to you.  Educate yourselves and look after your children.  Research it and you will see the truth for yourselves.  Go to your doctor and ask.  Go to your local Health Centre and ask.  Ring the Health Department and ask.

Their ‘God’ is ex Dr Andrew Wakefield who was just struck off the Medical Register for his wacky theories and practices.  I beg you, don’t listen to these people.  They may claim to be informed, but that is only with false information.  They make it sound plausible by showing graphs and studies done by people who don’t even have a clue what they are doing.  The cherry picking of information to make their stance sound better has been shown over and over again.  THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED and they will put your children’s lives at risk.  If I hear the words ‘Big Pharma’ one more time I’m going to scream.

    PLEASE VACCINATE YOUR CHILDREN

Changes that need to be made…

Let’s look at atheism for a moment.  Atheists can’t even say anything, anywhere without being abused.  Theists put signs on buses all the time.  They have signs out the front of their churches.  We want to put a sign on a bus and it’s called abuse? We’re not being sensitive? We’re being intolerant of their beliefs?  Where is the balance in this scenario?  If it’s alright for them to continually tell anyone who doesn’t believe in their skyfairy that they are going to burn in hell for all eternity, how come we can’t state that we don’t believe them?  They can be intolerant but we can’t?  The courts, without any backing from the law itself, will also come down on their side.  This needs to change.  How?  Have the lawmakers use the same system as scientists do.  Peer Review.  It would alleviate most if not all of the inconsistencies we currently face. Change the law.

I’ve seen public money going to have Astrologers talk at Public Libraries.  The Government give money to Homeopathy.   Our money going to religion due to the incomprehensible law that allows them to rake in billions of dollars while being tax exempt.  This is the taxpayers money and should be spent on worthwhile projects that will enhance the lives of the whole of our country, not being wasted on Fairy Dust.  Change it.

Why do they get away with it?  Why are their beliefs so special that it allows them to abuse non-believers with impunity?  Because you have to be respectful of religious beliefs.  Well, this also needs to stop and they need to be told so.

The relationships between consenting adults are nobodies business but those adults.  If nobody is being hurt, it seems like it would be a good idea for everyone to keep their noses out of other peoples bedrooms.  Don’t governments have better things to do and spend our money on than a form of voyeurism?  This goes for Gay/Lesbian marriages as well.  That has nothing to do with government.  Stop this stupidity and get back to the jobs you were hired to do.  Change this.

Why do they get millions in donations to hold a religious festival from governments but non-believers holding a convention get nothing?  That kind of discrimination by governments needs to stop. Now.

I’m fed up with the amount of money going to the School Chaplaincy program.  Last I heard it was around AUD$300 million.  This is ridiculous.  Theists have their buildings to teach/indoctrinate their own children.  They are called Churches.  They have their own time and place to teach whatever they wish to teach without our interference.  Allow the schools to get back to teaching useful information that will allow us to get our children’s educational levels back up to the best in the world.  Too many of our children are falling behind and it is not necessary.  Change it.

    Homeopathic remedies proven to work

Ok, lets try to put this a little different just for the fun of it.

In the blue corner we have Paula Ross, the Head of the Society of Homeopaths.

In the red corner we have the 10:23 Group who aim to raise awareness about the reality of homeopathy.

This group staged a protest at 10:23am on the 30th January.  400 of their members took part in a mass overdose.  Of course nobody died, went to hospital, threw up or was otherwise ill.

Fine, I’m alright with that.  They proved their point and all was well.  So why am I posting this?  Because of the response by the lovely lady in the blue corner.

Get a load of this (nicked from Newsarse):

Head of the Society of Homeopaths, Paula Ross, said that the protesters falling asleep is the perfect example of how homeopathy works in practise.

“This is the proof that that everyone is asking for.  They took the sleeping pills, and just a day and half later they simply could not stay awake any longer.”

“Say all you like about a lack of genuine double-blind medical trials, but here is some real evidence, and from anti-homeopathy sceptics no less, who I am quite sure did everything they could to fight the effects of the remedy.”

“Finally, we have proof that the water we use in the remedies ‘remembers’ what was in it – but only the good stuff, not all of the shit and piss it has previously had in it, obviously.”

    Yep, sure thing lady.

    FACE PALM
