    P.O.P.E. Pissing Off People Endlessly

The Pope’s linking of Islam to violence during a speech in Germany led to outrage in the Muslim world, nearly forcing cancellation of a trip to Turkey in 2006.

Another controversy arose from his remarks on a trip to Africa that condoms can “make the continent’s AIDS epidemic worse”.

He  made comments in Brazil that Latin America’s native people “wanted” to become Christian even before Europe’s conquerors arrived.

Pope Benedict XVI called abortion and same-sex marriage some of the most “insidious and dangerous” threats facing the world today.

In suffering, you will discover an interior peace and even spiritual joy.

In Latin America the Pope said, “There is another disquieting trend, authoritarian forms of government and regimes wedded to certain ideologies that we thought had been superseded.” Here the Pope seemed clearly to be referring to leftist governments such as the Venezuelan regime of Hugo Chavez, who has clashed frequently with Church leaders there.

An Irish government-organized compensation board has paid out more than $983 million to 13,000 people abused in Ireland’s church-run residential institutions for children. Why do the Irish people have to pay when the Vatican has more money than they do and they were the ones doing wrong?

Archbishop Timothy Dolan, hand picked by Pope to join the Child Sex Abuse Probe in Ireland let a priest sue his accuser in St Louis and fought against reforming Wisconsin child sex abuse law.  Is this the right person to be on the panel?

Cardinal Murphy-O’Connor is also a Papal choice for the Irish Probe.  It was Cardinal Murphy-O’Connor’s decision in 1985, when he was bishop of Arundel and Brighton, to move Fr Michael Hill to a chaplaincy at Gatwick airport.  Eighteen months previously the cardinal had removed Hill from ministry because of child abuse allegations but then allowed him back to work at the airport where Hill abused a child. Hill was jailed in 2002.   Is this the right person to be on the panel?

British Taxpayers are to be asked to pay over $24.2 million to help fund the Pope’s visit in September all because ex Prime Minister Gordon Brown wanted the visit to help shore up Labour’s vote among the faithful in Scotland.

It seems that there is a never-ending onslaught of Papal intervention in the affairs of Sovereign Governments these days.  When the Vatican seems less and less capable of even taking care of it’s own house you would think that they would be better off STFU.  But no, they seem quite willing to carry on laundering money, abusing children, raping nuns, avoiding the law, pimping, causing the deaths of hundreds of thousand by denying their followers the use of condoms, allow mothers to die during childbirth by denying abortion, allowing women to get pregnant too many times and risking their lives by denying the use of condoms and birth control.  All this and more while they put themselves up as the moral arbiters of our actions.

The furor over child abuse has been growing steadily for around two decades and yet they still sit on their hands and wait for ‘nothing’ to happen.  Popey Joe continues to talk about ‘decisive action’ but none has been taken.  He has only just gotten around to naming a panel of ‘men of the cloth’ to go to Ireland and he couldn’t even get that right.  At least a third of them have questions to answer about their own activities.  How can anyone take them seriously when they themselves haven’t even cleared their own names.  Joe travels around the world spewing forth about the abuse and how it is ‘wrong’ and ‘evil’, but only blames the secular community, homosexuals or lack of faith by Catholics themselves.  One of his Cardinals even went so far as to accuse the children of ‘wanting it’.

The US government is now involved in helping him avoid trial.  Their Supreme Court is so top heavy with Catholic Judges that they won’t give a verdict themselves on whether the Pope is immune from lawsuit, but have asked the Obama Administration to tell them what they should do.  What use are Judges if they won’t judge?  Of course, if they decide not to follow the Administration’s recommendations, then the Pope could still face trial if he is ever stupid enough to step foot on US soil.  I ‘pray’ that they do and he does.

The Pope knows where his priorities lay. Freaking Moron.

I honestly thought I was looking at The Onion when I saw the news, but it turns out I wasn’t.  This is really true.

The Holy Roman Catholic Church has problems in the areas of:

    1. Thieving Priests
    2. Boy Child Raping Priests
    3. Girl Child Raping Priests
    4. Nun Raping Priests
    5. Homosexual Priests (which is only a problem to them)
    6. Priests that are speaking their own minds (good on them)
    7. The Devil living in the Vatican
    8. Hiding known pedophiles
    9. Transferring known pedophiles
    10. Solicitation of  male prostitutes

But they, in their infinite wisdom target a completely different area.  It must be something earth shattering to take their attention off some of these horrendous items.  At least you’d think so.

So what am I leading up to? Ok, hold on to your seats because this is going to blow you away.

They are investigating 3 orders of Nuns from Washington for such things as feminism and activism. SHOCK HORROR!  Oh, the humanity.  How will they ever get past this?  It would be the end of civilisation as we know it if they let this continue.

The Archdiocese of Seattle says the Adrian Dominicans in Woodway, the Renton Sisters of Providence and the Tacoma Dominicans are on the list.

The Nuns are probably the one area of Catholicism that hasn’t come under fire lately and it seems very suspicious that the Vatican would target them at this time.  As usual the misogyny of the Priests as showing as they try to shift the focus away from themselves.  It doesn’t seem to matter what the boys do, as long as the girls submit to their authority.

How in the name of all that they think is holy can they just ignore all that has been going on and waste time on something as trivial as a few Nuns who just might have a mind of their own?  With all that has happened over the past few years this is the best you guys can come up with?  Get over yourselves.  All you are managing to accomplish is to make yourselves look like a bunch of misogynistic bully boys.  Yeah, well, I know it’s hard not to look like what you are, but now you’re just being overly obvious about it.

The problem is that the Nuns are more open to change, more knowledgeable of society’s problems and as they are more often on the front lines of the problems that the world faces, are in a much better position to know what is needed and it is making the Priests look bloody useless and they don’t like it one bit.  So of course they have to bring those sassy bitches back into line.  They can’t have them going off and fixing things left, right and centre as if they are the ones who have the authority.  The Nuns are the ones who do the hard work, put their lives on the line more than the priests when it comes to missionary work and working in remote villages and hospitals.  They are the ones who should be running the show.  I’d be pretty safe in saying that the Nuns probably have more of the publics respect than the Priests.

Can you pick which Priest has done the Kiddie Fiddle?

    I doubt it.

The Vatican has not only allowed, but helped Diocese all over the world to shuffle these criminals around to keep them hidden.  Sometimes within their own State or Country.  Sometimes they even send them overseas to countries they really don’t care about.  We know that Australia, Canada and Alaska both became dumping grounds for errant Priests from other countries.  India has seen it’s fair share of Child Rapists sent to it’s shores as well.  Although there is a lot about India that I don’t like, e.g. it’s caste system that is still in force in some parts of the country, there is also a lot I do like.  What they do not deserve is to have these known pedophiles dumped on them as if it doesn’t matter.  It is children that have to bear the brunt of this activity and I can’t get my head around how a grown man can knowingly make a decision that will almost definitely end in more children being abused.

There comes a point when someone, in this case the countries that are having their laws and their children abused by the Catholic Church, have to take a stand.  All countries now need to draft a new law that stops Priests from entering their country for any reason unless they have a completely clean record.  There needs to be much stricter oversight of what is going on.  No more should a Priest who has abused/raped child be allowed to roam around freely to commit the same acts to more and more children wherever the Church thinks it’s alright.  This, of course, can’t be done until the home country convicts them.  This can’t be done either till someone in that country says enough is enough and does convict them.  This is very hard to do while  ever the Church is allowed to continue hiding them instead of reporting abuse cases to the local authorities and keeps out of it and allows things to progress normally.  No more of the Church having their own people stick their noses in and tell the victims they don’t enough evidence and that they would be better of accepting $10,000 to keep quiet.  The Church would rather spend that money than allow itself to be smeared in the courts and media.  But in many cases this probably was not true and the families of those victims felt pressured to accept the offer.  That then allows the Priest to keep his collar, his freedom, his ability to continue abusing and his ability to move to another area, state or country.

When will these countries have enough guts to stand up to the Vatican and look after their citizens?  Probably never.

They could start by ordering the Church to hand over any and all records relating to any and all illegal activity on the part of their Priests.

When will the Vatican do the right thing?  Probably never.

They could start by sending Cardinal Bernard Law back to the US so the could face his accusers.

When will the people do the right thing? Probably never.

Every single Catholic has influence.  Those who have influence can help save the children.  Those who have influence and don’t use it to save the children are abuse enablers for allowing it to continue.  The Priests, Bishops and Cardinals that have power that they don’t need to get permission from the Vatican to use and aren’t using it to do anything are abuse enablers.  Those who not only have that influence but are politicians are doubly guilty of abuse enabling if they haven’t used that influence to stop the problem.  Those leaders of countries who have not stood before the media and loudly proclaimed their disgust and determination to end the abuse are the worst of the abuse enablers.

The Vatican are playing the same game they always play and are talking all around the problem.  It’s nothing but smoke obscured magical handwaving.  All noise and no action.  By the time they get around to the point of anything being done, it will all have been forgotten and they’ll do the same.  Wait a decade or maybe even less and the reports of abuse will start again.

Because the governments aren’t forcing them to do anything, they aren’t.  Because we aren’t forcing our governments to do something, they aren’t.  We need to stop leaving it to them to ‘get around to’.  Whatever your next election is, be it local, state or federal, you need to start asking the candidates what their views and intentions are on this problem.  We must start making this an election breaker for them.

WHAT IS YOUR STAND ON CHILD ABUSE BY CATHOLIC PRIESTS?

Stop treating the Church differently to everybody else!!!

Once again the Church is being treated differently to the ordinary citizen here in Australia.  If Joe Normal was accused of pedophilia, he’d be arrested, charged and investigations would continue.  Priests however are allowed to roam free to commit further atrocities.  In Victoria there have been over 300 cases of abuse with approx 100 Priests being accused, yet only 1 has been defrocked.

If the Church itself can substantiate these cases, why aren’t they defrocking the perpetrators?  Why aren’t they handing them over to the Police?  Doesn’t this make them complicit in the crimes?  They tell us that others have lost their right to perform mass, but how is that commensurate with the crime involved?  They really do not see pedophilia as being a crime worth doing anything about.

Child rape by Priests has been going on for longer than condoms have been around yet they scream in defiance and disgust about condoms from the pulpit week in and week out.  Why are we not hearing about Child Rape in the same manner?  Because it is a way of life for many and the Vatican have them all cowed like meek little lambs.  Most are afraid to speak out in case they come under fire themselves from their bosses or parishioners.  As the word/law about condoms comes down from the Pope himself they must preach about it.  Having read the documents from the Vatican regarding Child Rape and how to keep it quiet they are only following orders from their bosses.  But, you and I don’t have that excuse.  If our boss tells us to do something illegal and we do as we are told, that ‘following orders’ is NOT taken as a defence.  So why are we allowing untold Priests of all ranks to get away with this?  How many ears must the story be told to on the journey from Offending Priest to Pope?  If that Priest was not given up to the authorities, then all those ears are complicit in the crime and should all face justice.

This is not up for debate.  They are not immune from our laws.  It is time the people started to feel like they matter in this country and are not just fodder for the governments and the religions to play with as they choose.  Every Sodomite Priest should be thrown in jail and any Politician that turns a blind eye on the problem for fear of losing the religious vote should be tossed out of office on their corrupt arses.  I say that about the politicians because anyone who ignores these kinds of crimes when they are in office to protect us and run the country in an ethical and moral manner doesn’t deserve that position.  They are corrupt.  If they had been found to have kept quiet about other crimes they would face court.  Why not in this instance.  Just because they don’t know of particular crimes is no defence.  They know that a lot have happened and little to nothing is being done about it.  How can that stand be defended?

I wonder how many religious votes covering up for a Pervert Priest buys these days?

Give the Police the powers they need to investigate and prosecute these bastards.  Don’t muck around waiting for each State Government to do something.  The Federal Police should be given authority over these cases and the power to go clean up the mess now.

How many MP’s and Senators will sit in Parliament this week and never mention this outrage?

SHAME ON YOU ALL IF YOU KEEP QUIET

    A Church in Crisis

“The church realizes that it doesn’t have a way out, at least not until it confronts the entirety of its problems,” said Alberto Melloni, the director of the liberal Catholic John XXIII Foundation for Religious Science in Bologna, Italy.

This is more than just a throwaway line by some priest looking for his own 15 minutes of fame during the mess that the Catholic Church has managed to create for itself.  After all their attempts to deflect criticism against themselves for this mess, it still hangs over them like a dark cloud that just won’t let the sun shine on the Vatican.

A Cloud Hangs Over The Vatican And Won't Go Away

A Cloud Hangs Over The Vatican And Won’t Go Away

Just in the last week 3 more Priests have resigned and you can bet there will be more to come.  There seems to have been a process started here that will not stop until a full and open accounting has taken place.  If the Vatican chooses the wrong path now, the Church will never recover.  This cloud will hang over them forever and nobody will be able to look at a priest without wondering.  Even the innocent, as far as any priest can be innocent if he hasn’t spoken out and challenged the Pope’s direction in this matter, will be looked at with open suspicion.  There is already a dramatic decrease in the numbers of young men entering the priesthood.  This scandal can only make these already weakening figures, drop further and faster.

Actually, I don’t believe that the Church will ever recover fully. I think that it will continue to decline forever until it becomes nothing more than an historical curiosity, but that needn’t happen as fast as it otherwise might if they choose wisely.  There are far more good and decent people who are followers of the Church that don’t deserve to see this happen in this manner.

What I do think needs to happen is for the Pope to come clean about his whole history and the history of this Child Abuse scandal.  It ALL needs to be brought out into the light of day so that those who should be convicted are, those who deserve help get it, the church can be freed from this cloud and then go through an enlightenment of its own.

As I said earlier, I do not believe the Church will go on forever, it is way past that, but it should be allowed to die a dignified death.  While doing that there should be ongoing oversight to make sure this doesn’t ever happen again.  Those who do not believe the Church needs to mend it’s way,  doom it to oblivion with a worse reputation than is necessary.  The bottom line here is that I think the Church should be relegated to history in a manner that does not reflect badly on society itself.  There is no need to become the bad guy here and cause more damage than we can help.  There is much to be learnt from the history of the Church, including the artwork, music and literature that have come out of it and because of it.  None of that should be lost.

KEEP THE GOOD, LEARN FROM THE BAD, MOVE ON

Priests: Ooooh Girls! Nom Nom Nom.

A lot of people, including myself have referred to Priests as ‘Boy Buggerers’.  Most of the time though, I have chosen to use the term ‘Kiddie Fiddlers’. I did this because I have always thought the day would come that the girls would speak out and tell their stories of abuse at the hands of the Priests. I thought this, because I’ve never believed as the Catholic Church would have you believe, that the child abuse is because of Homosexuality. I believed then as I believe now, that the main reason is a mixture of pedophilia and the idiotic Celibacy rule they have in place.

So, as I said previously, there are now a few women coming out and telling their stories.  Why now?  This is due to the fact that back in the early 70′s the Catholic Church changed it’s rules on allowing female altar servers.

Researchers say disclosure of abuse is typically delayed for about 30 years, which means women assaulted as children are just starting to come to terms with what happened.

It is now coming to light that girls are far more likely to be victims of Priestly assault if they are available.  As they have been now for 40 years, I highly suspect that the numbers of women taking action against the church will climb slowly until it reaches a critical mass and then it will explode.

Oh, a little explanation of how the cake is being sliced might help here.  The fact is that the majority of Priests are heterosexual.  But, as they didn’t have girls to prey on as readily as the minority of homosexual Priests had boys, not much was happening with them.  So we’ve mainly heard about the  homosexual boy buggering Priests.  Once girls were placed on the Catholic Altar of Love, it gave the majority, the heterosexual Priests something to go after.  Now think about that.  If we have had such a problem with abuse to boys, how bad is it going to be now that the majority of Priests have their own toys to play with?  Admittedly, there aren’t as many girls taking on the job of serving at the altar, but there are more Priests with an eye for them.  This could and most probably will be a big problem in coming years for the Church.

We must ask though, why is this only coming out now?  It is not only because the women weren’t ready to speak up earlier.  We’ve been hearing all kind of reports of abuse of boys now for decades until it exploded this year, so shy in all this time during all these reports and all the investigations has there been no word of the girls and their victimisation by the priesthood?  The Priests have had their chance to speak up.  The Vatican will have known of many cases that they’ve had to hush up and yet they’ve been quiet as well.  If they had have come clean about this situation at the same time they might have had a chance to weather the storm.  Keeping quiet and trying yet again to cover it up  will only end in disaster.

IF the girls leave it too long though, the church will just go through the motions as they are doing now.  IF the girls all come out now, the storm will grow to a point the Catholic Church will not be able to just ‘sigh’ and look away calling us ‘petty gossips’.  So girls, I implore you to speak out now.  Give them all you have.  Do not let up and allow them to become complacent all over again till they can ignore you.  This also goes for any men out there that have not yet spoken up.  Do so NOW!

Many, many victims have said that if the Vatican, the Priests or Parents of earlier victims had have spoken out, they would not have been abused.  They must be forced to face the law now or they will continue to abuse.  Think of your children, your grandchildren and all the families to come who do not deserve to be ripped apart by this monster we call the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

Religion: Having your ethical cake and eating it too.

I have just finished reading this article: A crime is a crime, even for priests.

As many of you reading this post of mine will know, I have been writing lately about the Ethics Trial going on in NSW Schools here in Australia.  How do the article above and the Ethics Trial relate to each other?  I’ll tell you Oh Curious Reader.

The church still struggles to accept that priests’ sins of sexual abuse are also crimes for which the church shares responsibility.

    and

You can’t be good without God.

The Church wishes us to believe that colouring in pictures of Noah’s Ark and a few Angels in Scripture Classes is ‘Ethics’. Ok, we’ll call this ‘Religious Ethics 101′.  Once you get older and stop the colouring in, you get to hear more of the Bible Passages and get told you are ‘going to hell’ if you don’t behave, believe and begrudge freedoms to those who don’t believe the same as you.  We’ll call this ‘General Religious Ethics’.  If you are a super learner and super believer you can move on to ‘Advanced Religious Ethics’ and become a Priest or Nun.  Now, you would think that by the time you got to the ‘Advanced’ level that you would have been taught all the things you’d need to overcome the evil in the world.

If Priests have learned all that ‘religion’ can teach them in their lives to the point that religion becomes their life, you’d think they would be at the apex of the ethical tree and unable to commit child abuse.  If that is not true, what value is there in ‘religious ethics’ for the lay person?  If the Pope can be said to have ‘Papal Infallibility’ and yet still be so blind as to the problems going on around him, not be able to make the proper decisions, not be able to see the problems he himself is causing by being so blind, be so ignorant as to insult the victims with his apologies that aren’t even apologies, allow known abusers to be given sanctuary inside Vatican walls, accuse those who call for proper reform of petty gossiping, not call to account Bishops who blame others for their own shortcomings, then again, how can the lay person expect to gain any real insight into ethical and moral behaviour from them or their teachings?  This is The Pope we are talking about here.  He should be SuperEthics Man. Defender of the Faith and all that is good, able to leap across pits of evil and save those about to lose their way.  He should not be able to leap about dodging justice and have the ability to bend the truth.

So, if the only real ethics is Religious Ethics, and Priests and Nuns who have been to the top of the ethics learning tree are still able to abuse children, I have to ask what good their ethics are?  Are these the ‘ethics and morals’ we want our children to learn?

Religion has become too akin to the Medicine Man and his bottle of miracle water that will ‘fix all that ails ya‘.

It is time to toss aside that which is proven not to work and try the alternative offered by those who do not hide behind words like ‘Papal Infallibility’ and refuse to be held to account.

    ETHICS FOR GODS SAKE

    ETHICS FOR GOODNESS SAKE

Why the Catholic Church can never be trusted again…

When an institution becomes so fragmented that nobody knows what anybody else is doing to the extent that the head honcho claims no knowledge of what is happening, you have to wonder what controls are in place.  When different parts of said institution are going off on their own and making claims so outrageous that even their own followers are distancing themselves from their extremist views, you have to ask whether it is all worth it?

    • Sex abuse scandals in the Roman Catholic Church are proof that that “the Devil is at work inside the Vatican”, according to the Holy See’s chief exorcist.  And as the chief exorcist of the Roman Catholic Church, it’s his job to expel the devil when someone is possessed. Amorth, the founder of the International Association of Exorcists, has performed more than 70,000 exorcisms in his career, he estimates.  That is averages 3 a day, every day of his career.  Oh yeah, we believe you.  Sure thing.
    • A prominent Roman Catholic bishop in Mexico blamed eroticism on television and Internet pornography for child abuse by priests, in the latest incendiary comments on sex scandals in the church. I have to ask why the priests are even watching that kind of thing. If they stick to their vows it wouldn’t even arise, pardon the pun.
    • Several controversial comments made by Catholic clergy, including on Monday when the Vatican’s secretary of state, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, said priest pedophilia was linked to homosexuality not celibacy. Wow, even when it’s little girls that are being abused?  You lot really have lost touch with reality.  Even if you are right though, you must admit to the irony of the gay hating Catholic Church being overrun by gays.  Now you have to hate yourselves and stop giving yourself health benefits.
    • I just have to add this bit.  It shows, even though I agree with this fellow, how little control the Vatican actually has. A Roman Catholic bishop has called on EU leaders who are Christians to speak out against the Vatican if it makes “stupid” remarks, such as a recent declaration that homosexuality causes paedophilia.  Peter Moran, the Bishop of Aberdeen in Scotland, said the church’s cover up of child abuse in Ireland 40 years ago was facilitated by “an exaggerated deference toward the clergy.”
    • The Vatican was hit by another embarrassing revelation this week when a website posted a letter by a senior cardinal heartily congratulating a French bishop in 2001 for not denouncing a self-confessed abusive priest to the police.  Yep, just keep patting yourselves on the back for being the out of touch, kiddie fiddlers that you are.  We are all so impressed.  NOT.

After hearing Papa Joe and his Cohort of Evil all saying that they didn’t know what was going on or how bad it was, to now see this kind of thing day after day just leads me to wonder who is in charge over there?  The Vatican know nothing other than that the Devil is loose inside it’s walls and it priests are starting to call for blood.  It really is time that Joe took a good look at himself and stood aside.  The Holy Roman Catholic Church needs a new leader.  One that has the balls to do the job Joe should have done 5 years ago when he first took office.

First order of business for whoever takes the job would be to repeal both the Crimen Sollicitationis and De Delictis Gravioribus.  Any words uttered with those two documents still in force mean nothing to the world and those who matter most, the abused.

    TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS

The Church’s Broken “Superior Moral Compass”.

We keep hearing from all religions that the bad stuff like child abuse, prostitutes, gambling with church money, rape etc are a thing of the past and there is no need to keep harping on the past when the problems have been fixed.  Have they?  I say NO.  What do you think?

April 12, 2010:  On the Chron Website: “I thought it wasn’t that bad to have sex with him (a priest) because when I told priests about it at confession they just told me to pray and that was it.

April 13, 2010:  A Chelmsford Priest was one of eight men arrested in Nashua during a weekend prostitution sting.

April 13, 2010: Brooklyn Rabbi Convicted in Sex Abuse Case Gets Maximum Sentence. Baruch Lebovits, a 59-year-old Orthodox Rabbi from Brooklyn, New York, has been sentenced to 10-2/3 to 32 years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenage boy. The sentence, meted out by Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Patricia DiMango, was the maximum penalty.

April 14, 2010:  Pennsylvania pastor confesses to church guitar fraud scheme.  A Saylorsburg, Pa., pastor admitted to police that he attempted to make a false insurance claim of more than $363,000 by claiming musical instruments were stolen from his church.

April 15, 2010:  Teacher Gerard Byrnes admits 44 counts of child sex abuse. POLICE have warned the Catholic Church to expect more cases of child sex abuse to emerge from six schools that employed a veteran teacher who yesterday pleaded guilty to abusing 13 schoolgirls.

We have not heard the last of this.  Why?  Because religion is made up of imperfect humans and they will never be any better than the rest of humanity.  Unfortunately, when they place themselves so high above the rest of society, they also give themselves further to fall which far too many of them do.  It is an occupational hazard.  Until these deluded human beings recognise that they are no different to the rest of humanity and make rules that reflect that, their religions can never get past the fact that they are riddled with the dregs of humanity pretending to be the cream of the crop only for the purpose of their own nefarious schemes which all too often is pedophilia.

Oh, a little note to the Pope here.  If you think that the crap you have been spewing lately about the church changing it’s ways regarding child abuse is making any headway with the rest of the world you can think again.  Stop treating us like idiots Joe.  Until you retract/repeal both the Crimen Sollicitationis and De Delictis Gravioribus your words mean less than nothing.  It is an insult to the intelligence of any thinking person.  It seems that at least in Germany, your own people are waking up to the fact that you are a weasel and can’t be trusted.

THE VATICAN LAWS MUST BE CHANGED BEFORE REAL CHANGE WILL HAPPEN.

    ANYTHING ELSE IS A SMOKESCREEN

"I told priests about it at confession they just told me to pray and that was it".

The repertoire of church criminal activity is endless.

With child rape, as long as they can maintain mind control over the victims, they believe it is ok. Say a prayer, that'll fix everything. Someone said recently that praying is how to do nothing and still think you are doing something.

Victims should receive apologies, compensation, counselling and whatever else they need to help them recover. However, in the public interest, it must also go to prosecution of the perpetrators with the full cooperation of the church. Sell church propert to pay for it. The smokescreen is the Vatican and the callous, ruthless, delusional lot that populate it. Sell that too.

Take a deep breath, because ‘Here we go again’!

As most people would have predicted, more and more cases of abuse are coming out.  What we didn’t know and most certainly didn’t expect is that evidence in the form of letters from the Clergy to the Vatican would appear so soon.  Here is a link to a letter that you really should read all of before continuing: Further to our conversation…

You can quite plainly see that the Bishop of Pembroke knew. He admits many others knew. He asks that the priest in question be removed from Canada. He doesn’t seem to care where as long as he isn’t his problem any longer. So much for caring for youth in other parts of the world. More care is being taken that the news doesn’t get out and damage the church. He even discusses ways of preventing more damage.

How can this be?  Aren’t they taught better than this?  Or is it only the perverted and mercenary that are allowed to be promoted?  As much as I am happy about some measures being taken by some bishops in parts of the world, it is way too little and far too late.  They had to know earlier and they did nothing.  Scrambling around like drunks on a sinking ship trying to plug holes isn’t impressing anyone.  Least of all the victims and their families.

Again, I ask the catholic people, are you really going to offer up your young on the off chance that it won’t continue?  Do your children mean so little to you that you gamble with their welfare?

    Mmmmm, nom, nom, nom.

    Mmmmmm, nom, nom, nom…

Have a read of this article, specifically the list further down the page:  http://www.deception.com.au/1999_2005.htm.  This is just Australia.  I beg of you, research your own country and you might just find things are worse.  How can you allow this to continue by giving them another chance?  Leave the church.  Force them to stop.  Love your children, protect your children.

ARE THEY YOUR CHILDREN OR FODDER FOR THE PERVERTS?
